1. Water sampling unit

The main function of the water sampling unit is to ensure that the water samples at the water sampling point are led to the monitoring system instrument room under any circumstances and meet the needs of the drainage unit and analytical instruments. The water sampling unit generally includes water sampling structures, water sampling pumps, water sampling pipelines, cleaning equipment and insulation equipment. The water sampling system adopts dual-circuit water sampling, and the running status of the water pump can be controlled by the program. It can also protect itself in the event of a power outage and automatically recover when the power is on again.

2. Pretreatment and water distribution unit

The system settles the raw water according to the suspended matter situation of the on-site water sample, and then passes the still water sample through a high-precision filter element for precise filtration. The filtered water sample is then provided to the instrument for analysis and testing.

The system control unit is composed of base station control software and industrial control computer hardware. It is used to sense changes in signals from online detection instruments and equipment, and send relevant control commands, including: water intake unit control, instrument operation control, instrument data acquisition and storage, video acquisition and transmission, real-time water quality analysis statistics and upload, remote communication, process scheduling, etc., to ensure continuous, reliable and safe operation of the system.

The data acquisition and transmission unit mainly realizes the functions of monitoring the on-site operation status, setting the on-site operation parameters, storing the historical data and system operation log, communicating with the host computer, etc. It also has the data storage capability.
